Please contact me for shipping charges. You are responsible for paying duty or brokerage fees for entry into your country.
I will take special care to wrap and package my artwork properly. If you receive artwork that has been damaged in transit, please take lots of photos of the damage and contact me via email as soon as possible. If the package has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company upon receipt. Taking lots of photos helps expedite the process so the problem can be sorted out as efficiently as possible.
I love my artwork and my expectation is that you will too upon receiving it. I would be happy to send you detail shots prior to you purchasing an artwork of interest. If for any other reason, other than that outlined below, the artwork is not what you expected, you have within fourteen days of receipt, to email me a request for a refund. Once the return has been agreed upon you are responsible for packing and arranging the return delivery using the same service I used to ship to you. Once I receive the returned artwork, your payment will be refunded within fourteen days.
The image of the art work you see online through a computer screen may show slight differences in hue, value, saturation or temperature, or texture, from the original, due to variations in browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and will not be a valid reason for return.
